Our founder spent 25 years as Chief Electrical Inspector for a regional electricity company, signing off other people's work before he ever built his own. In 1969 he started Jacob Electric on one rule: every job should pass an inspector's eye.

In 2019 the founder's son brought Jacob Electric to the United States, starting in Washington. Southern California followed in 2023. Today the same standard runs through five regions, each with its own licensed crew and local number.
